These two images on the other hand, are from an early alpha of a Splatoon level editor, for editing/making battle arenas for the game. It’s not finished, but apparently it should be much easier to create levels now, and not ‘require any hex editing’ for things to work correctly. The top two are from the NSMBU editor, which as you can tell, is based off Reggie (the level editor made for New Super Mario Bros Wii). Namely, one by a user called MrRean, where he showed off beta level editors for both New Super Mario Bros U and Splatoon! But while most were obviously related to Mario hacks and mods, one interesting topic stood out. You see, last weekend, Super Mario World ROM hacking site held its annual C3 event, an online expo where hackers, modders and indie game developers could show off their work. Or wondered whether in future, a modding scene could develop for Splatoon? We had to wait about 10 years after the release of Super Mario World before Lunar Magic came out. It's amazing that something like this is already available just a year after the game was released. It's okay though, because I just learned about the Reggie level editor. It will probably be a while before someone figures out how to put those things into this game. I really miss the spin jump (onto enemies) and the cape though. I was referring mostly to the physics of the gameplay when I said it was the best. Reggie Level Editor NSMBW > Tools > Other/Misc. Login/Signup to have your NavOptions remembered Ads keep us online. There are 77 levels, and 15 of them have secret exits. Wii actually has more levels than Mario World. I didn't think it seemed too short though. I really wish they would make a sequel to NSMB with a lot more content. I can't really agree with you, this one only has good graphics and control schemes, but the game itself is short, and there's very few secrets to be found, unlike Super Mario World on the SNES or SMB3. I've seen a few interesting levels on you tube already, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good hacks for me to try out.
